My greatest passion as a therapist is providing support to individuals in times of transition and difficulty.

As I walk with you on your journey of healing and discovery, I will take an eclectic and empathetic approach, providing you with a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. I believe therapy is a unique experience for everyone and it should be centered around YOUR specific needs.

I incorporate interventions from Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered approaches and blend these methods to create a customized therapeutic plan specifically for you. In addition to working with clients experiencing life transitions, I treat individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, grief, and loss.

Before working in private practice, I worked in the Conejo Valley and Pleasant Valley school districts providing school-based counseling. I have also worked in an intensive outpatient setting with adolescents, multi-family groups, parent education groups, and adults.

These experiences have provided me with well-rounded, practical knowledge that is useful in a variety of situations.
