Our Therapist-Run Practice

At Serenity Within Therapy, our mission as a therapist-run practice is to foster growth, inspiration, and support for our therapists. We firmly believe that an enriching work environment empowers therapists to deliver the highest quality care to their clients. We create a secure and encouraging space that cultivates transparency, integrity, collaboration, and innovation. We are dedicated to providing hope, healing, and tranquility to our valued clients.

Welcoming Newly Licensed Therapists

We wholeheartedly welcome applications from newly licensed therapists who share our vision and passion.

Current Service Arrangements

While we do offer in-person sessions, our primary mode of service delivery is remote via Telehealth. Candidates applying must be residents of and possess a valid therapy license for the state of California.

Part-Time and Full-Time Positions

We have openings for both part-time and full-time positions:

  • Part-Time: A minimum of 15 sessions per week

  • Full-Time: 28 sessions per week or more

Flexible Shifts

We provide the flexibility of daytime and evening shifts:

  • Part-Time: 1 evening per week required

  • Full-Time: 2 evenings per week required
