Every client is given support that is tailored to meet their personal counseling needs and concerns. I do so by using different therapeutic approaches such as family systems theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based and solution-focused theories.I specialize in Christian/Faith-Based counseling, Children and Adolescents, Depression, Anxiety, and Group Therapy. I have experience treating individuals with substance abuse issues, adjustment difficulties, and issues of grief and loss. I have experience working in a wide variety of settings with individuals, couples, and families. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge in Family and Consumer Sciences, Family Studies Option with a Minor in Sociology and a Master of Science degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Marriage and Family Therapy.
